Healing that feels grounded.

Growth that feels sustainable.

Hi, I'm Phaedra (pronounced Fay-druh).

My approach to counseling is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity. I believe meaningful change happens when we have the space to slow down, explore our experiences without judgment, and reconnect with ourselves in ways that feel genuine and sustainable.

I integrate person-centered approaches that support practical change and self-understanding while creating space for reflection, emotional processing, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. My goal is to help you better understand the patterns shaping your experiences while building the confidence and tools to move forward with greater balance and intention.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficult family dynamics. Many of my clients are women and mothers, though I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and life experiences.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, facing a new season of life, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space to heal, grow, and move forward.

How can therapy help me?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Maybe you’ve been carrying stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or patterns that keep repeating in your life and relationships. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, emotionally reactive, or unsure of how to move forward.

Therapy can provide space to slow down, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and better understand the patterns shaping your experiences—without judgment or pressure to have all the answers.

Wherever you are in your process, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and grounded as you move toward greater balance, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
